Pulsyvo is not open yet. This page explains what happens to the little we collect before it does.
Who we are
This site is run by Pulsyvo (Miloš Stojanović), Niš, Serbia (“we”). For anything about your data, write to milos.stojanovic.biz@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist:
- your email address;
- that you agreed to be contacted, when, and the wording you agreed to;
- where on the page you joined (for example the Pro plan), so we know what you are waiting for.
When anyone visits: our server briefly keeps technical request data (IP address, browser type, time, page requested) to keep the site secure and working, for example to stop automated signups. We do not use it to identify you.
We use no cookies for tracking, no analytics service and no advertising. If you choose light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice locally; it never reaches us.
Why
- Waitlist: to tell you when Pulsyvo opens, and about the plan you showed interest in. Our legal basis is your consent.
- Technical data: to run and protect the site. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure service.
We will not send you a newsletter or marketing beyond the launch news you asked for without asking you again.
How long
- Waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them, or at most 24 months after you joined if Pulsyvo has not opened by then.
- Technical request data: at most 14 days.
Where, and who else sees it
Your data is stored on our own server in the European Union, with a backup in the European Union. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone. Our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) runs the server for us and has no right to use the data for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, or to restrict or object to its use. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like; we then delete your waitlist entry. Write to milos.stojanovic.biz@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs); in the EU, the authority in your country).
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date above. If you are on the waitlist and the change affects you, we will tell you by email first.
